The Latest: February News

Each January, Orchard Group hosts a retreat in Miami for lead planters. This retreat is born out of our commitment to support leaders well through the many challenges of church planting. Our prayer is that this time together spurs these leaders on to serve well in their various ministry contexts.

2020 Lead Planters' Retreat

At this year's retreat (from January 7-9), over thirty leaders came together for a time of encouragement and renewal. God provided refreshment through great weather, and he granted opportunities to learn from each other through group discussions on current ministry topics.

Join us in thanking God for the encouragement he provided to these church planters. At the same time, pray that he would continue to provide the wisdom, perseverance, and encouragement they need to lead well.

The Lead Planters' Retreat concluded with a time of prayer for new church planters: Lou & Allie Pizzichillo (Long Island), Russel & Katie Rader (Manhattan), and Chris & Katherine Marlin & Tyler Chernesky (Cincinnati). It was a joy to welcome these planters into the Orchard Group family. We invite you to join us in praying for these leaders as they seek to establish new churches this year.
